This is a show designed for VR/AR performer, ensemble, live-electronics, spatial audio and multiple projections. The show explores new ways of artmaking by connecting virtual and real spaces: how can we bring virtual worlds on stage? How are music notation and embodied interactions affected? What new aesthetic dimensions can we embrace?

Artist: Giovanni Santini
VR/AR Art Performance
Giovanni Santini is an XR artist, composer, and founder of Santini Digital who merges artwork and research in new technologies and media. His recent work explores the realisation of mixed reality hybrid instruments for live audio-visual performance and the boundaries between opera and VR installation. He is currently Assistant Professor at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University in Suzhou.
